Planning Task 4: Props / Costume List

Props / Costumes I am planning on using: 

Arber: 


I will be using the following items as the costume. I am using a navy bomber jacket as it is in trend at the moment and is what boys in my target audience would wear. I will be using blue Topman jeans as it is a popular brand and many teenagers and adults would shop there. I will also be using a grey Dreamville jumper as it related to rap music. The brand is related to one of the biggest Rap artists of the current times, J cole. He is the only recent artist to go platinum with no features on his album 2014 Forest Hill Drive. He owns the brand therefore it represents him and it would be a good, relatable prop/ costume on my magazine.  I might also use an expensive car like a Bentley in one of my photos in order to compare him to other rich artists who own very expensive cars.

Tyler and Charlie: 

I will be using some of the following items as the costumes for my models. I am using the all black converses for charlie as it is a brand that would appeal to my target audience. I am using a gold Michael Kors watch as an extra to show some detail in the pictures. It would catch the attention of the readers and show my model as someone who likes a bit of accessory like many artists in the industry who always show of their watches. I will be using the all black Air Forces as they are a popular shoe and appeal to many different people which can be female and male and in my target audience range. Finally I will be using blue ripped jeans as my costume as they fit in well with my music gender as they appear rough just like the music. They change the meaning of the pictures and makes it less basic and more exclusive.

Robert:

I will be using the following items as costume for Robert. I am using the burgundy top as it is basic which means many of my readers could wear that as they may shop in Topman as it is a popular brand for teenagers and young adults. I will be using the silver cross as an accessory in my photo-shoot as it it a simple item but can make a difference in the way the model is presented. This is because a cross is a religious symbol therefore my model would be presented as a good and believing human being.  I will be using the black bomber jacket to also show simplicity and appeal to my target audience as the jacket is currently in style so loads of teens would be wearing it. By my model wearing clothes which my target audience would wear, it allows me to target my audience correctly.
